The Story

Built it. Lost it. Rebuilding it.

The foundation story of Frankie J — told in ten chapters, in his words, with nothing edited out. This is the story the coaching stands on.

The story, short

Poor broken home, single mom raising two boys. Selling drugs at 12–13. Arrested a dozen times as a juvenile. Mental institution at 13. Kicked out at 14, couch-surfing. Violent, projects, no path. Dropped out at 14, never past ninth grade. First child at 22. Found in-home sales in 2004 and became a top gutter sales rep. Built businesses, made real money, got complacent, lost a lot of it. Now rebuilding in public — fitness, finances, standards, presence at home.

Every chapter below is in Frankie J's own words — he keeps final say on his story, and nothing here publishes without it. That's not a legal line. It's the brand.

CHAPTER

A Broken Home

My story starts in a poor, broken home — a single mom raising two boys with nothing handed to us.

CHAPTER

Twelve Years Old

In sixth grade I was diagnosed and put on medication. By twelve, thirteen, I was selling drugs and getting arrested — a dozen times as a juvenile.

CHAPTER

Thirteen

At thirteen I was sent to a mental institution. The chapter I tell plain — a man who battled his own mind has nothing to hide.

CHAPTER

Kicked Out at Fourteen

At fourteen my mom kicked me out. Couches, cars, strangers — homeless through my mid-teens, with nobody coming to fix it.

CHAPTER

Ninth Grade Was the End

I dropped out at fourteen and never made it past ninth grade. No diploma, no plan, no path — the years nobody would have bet on.

CHAPTER

A Father at Twenty-Two

At twenty-two I became a father. I knew I had to change my life — and that I would always be there for my son.

CHAPTER

The Door

In 2004 I found in-home sales — and became a top gutter sales rep. In my peak months I ran $125–180K a month in net sales.

CHAPTER

Built It

I took what the rep years taught me and built my own roofing company. Real business, real money — built from nothing.

CHAPTER

Lost It

I lost my company. I got complacent, stopped doing the little things, and my mind went dark again. The chapter most men would edit out — I lead with it.

CHAPTER

Rebuilding It

The rebuild took years. I fought back, rebuilt my company, and now I live with gratitude and purpose. Four kids. Up at 5:30. Still running appointments.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive

Ninety days. One standard.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive is Frankie J coaching five fathers personally — a written plan, weekly private calls, and a scorecard that doesn't lie. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
