What happens after you send it
- The real question first. You'll be asked: what's the goal you've been putting off — the real one? And why now?
- The 90-day picture. If we were sitting here 90 days from now and this worked, what does it look like — something measurable.
- The honest one. Last 30 days: what did you commit to that you didn't finish? Be honest. That's the whole point.
- The standard. Working with Frankie J takes a 45-minute call every week, a 2-minute check-in every day, and 3 to 5 hours a week of real work on your goal. The scorecard tracks all of it.
- The fit call. 30 minutes. Your 90 days mapped, and a straight answer on whether he can help. If you're not a fit, he'll tell you that too — rather than take your money.
- Enrollment. Agreement first, then your onboarding call goes on the calendar that week. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. The price is never negotiated in the DMs.
The offer, exactly
13 weeks. A 75–90 minute onboarding where your 90-day plan gets built. A private call with Frankie J every week. A daily scorecard, two check-ins from him a week, a midpoint review, and a final report with your next 90 days mapped. Five founding spots because he coaches every one himself. Full details: the Intensive page and the FAQ.
Don't let "later" be the same answer you've been giving yourself.
