This site is published by Fathers That Execute (Frankie J Execution Coaching) so fathers can see what the coaching is, who Frankie J is, and how to apply. Read it, share links to it, and put the free guides to work in your own life. Do not misuse it: no spam, no scraping it to build mailing lists, no impersonating Frankie J or this brand, and no presenting this content as your own program.
The coaching offer
The offer on this site is the 90-Day Execution Intensive: 13 weeks of coaching with Frankie J directly, as described on the Intensive page. The price is $3,000, or three monthly payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. There is no self-serve checkout: you apply, take a 30-minute fit call, and — if you are a fit — sign a written agreement before anything starts. That written agreement is the document that governs the coaching relationship. If anything on this site ever differs from it, the agreement controls.
Coaching is not professional treatment
Execution coaching is accountability and follow-through support: a plan, a standard, a scorecard, and a coach who notices when you go quiet. It is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice, and it never replaces professional treatment. If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health condition, work with a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services (911 in the United States) or a crisis line first. Coaching can wait.
No guarantees
No result is guaranteed or promised — not income, not business growth, not physique or fitness, not any other personal outcome. The stories on this site are Frankie J's own, told as his record; they are not a promise of what will happen for you. What the Intensive does guarantee is the work on our side: the plan, the calls, the scorecard, and a coach in your corner for 90 days. Your results depend on your participation.
