Chapter Three — Thirteen

At thirteen I was sent to a mental institution. The chapter I tell plain — a man who battled his own mind has nothing to hide.

At thirteen years old, I was sent to a mental institution.

A thirteen-year-old doesn't end up in a place like that because things are fine. Things were not fine. Not at home. Not in the streets. Not in my head.

I've battled my own mind my whole life. That battle didn't end at thirteen. It didn't end at thirty. It doesn't end today. What changed is I built discipline to live with it — a standard I keep every day, instead of letting the day do whatever it wants to me.

I battled my own mind my whole life and had to build discipline to survive it.

That's why discipline isn't a poster word for me. It was never about productivity. It was about survival. It still is.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive

Ninety days. One standard.

The 90-Day Execution Intensive is Frankie J coaching five fathers personally — a written plan, weekly private calls, and a scorecard that doesn't lie. $3,000, or three payments of $1,000. Five founding spots. When they're gone, they're gone.
